Services
RN/LPN on staff a minimum of 72 hours per week Nursing support on campus available 24 hours a day/7 days a week Certified Nursing Assistant coverage 24 hours a day/7 days a week Registered dietitian Certified social worker Recreational and activity assistant Occupational, physical and speech therapy services available if needed Health Monitoring Assistance with medications Personal care services (assistance with the activities of daily living) Assistance with VA pension after placement in the home Shopping Transportation to local VA & Zablocki Social services Recreational activities Nutritional monitoring Three meals a day plus an evening snack Housekeeping Religious services Hospice services if needed

Activities The Activites department at the Veterans Home provides a variety of services. In addition to providing access to outings and spiritual pursuits, the Activities department aids in the mental and physical fitness of our members through a variety of games and exercise. Participation in activities helps our members to experience social interaction and relationship building.
