Whether you are basically independent or in need of additional assistance, the Veterans Home at Union Grove proudly offers facilities for advancing veterans through a continuum of care.


Assisted Living

Assisted Living is a great alternative when it is no longer safe to live at home. Our campus offers a full complement of social and professional services including: nutritious meals served in our spacious dining rooms, a full calendar of social activities, assistance with medications, laundry, housekeeping, and daily living skills along with countless opportunities to enjoy the companionship of fellow veterans.

Memory Care

Fairchild Hall is an Assisted Living Residence that caters to Veterans with mild to moderate memory care needs. It is staffed with experienced health care workers who are able to provide compassionate and professional care in a secure setting that ensures safety.

Skilled Nursing

photo of Boland HallOur 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, Boland Hall, offers long-term care for veterans and spouses who can no longer be cared for at home due to illness, injury, frailty, or other impairments. Short-term rehabilitation care is available to aid recovery after hospitalization enabling a return home.

We offer private rooms (including double rooms for veterans and their spouses), nutritious meals, activities, lounge areas, and a beauty/barber shop.

Our team approach to skilled nursing features individualized, goal-oriented care that includes comprehensive around-the-clock services, on-call physician coverage, medication administration, memory care, and physical, speech and occupational therapy.
