Volunteers make a significant difference in the lives of veterans. The generosity of your volunteer time can be shared through a variety of assignments such as: supporting recreational activities, visiting with members, reading and/or writing letters for members, escorting members to church or appointments, and/or providing assistance on trips​.​​​ 

If you wish to volunteer, please complete either the adult or youth application.

Activities staff design and facilitate purposeful and therapeutic programming promoting wellness, emotional support, cognitive challenge, spiritual fulfillm​ent and mean​ingful socialization among Members. This calendar of diverse prog​ramming strives to assist Members maintain their optimum independence.

    The current dietary menu at WDVA-UG has been developed by registered dieticians. Our menu provides Members with a balanced nutritious meal including different menu options and snacks throughout the day to accommodate the need of our Members throughout the day.​​
